Security guards alert the police regarding a disorderly man at the university library in Uppsala.

According to the security guard, the man has been agitated and the staff have therefore pressed the panic button. The security guard has asked the man to leave, but he has refused.

The man, who is in his 30s, is suspected of narcotics offenses and he will be taken into custody for a body search.
