08:36 Inner Harbour, Sundsvall: The driver of a passenger car was reported for driving under the influence and illegal driving. 

09:23 County Road 922 Domsjö, Örnsköldsvik: Five fines were issued for speeding offenses. The highest recorded speed was 48 kilometers per hour on the 30-mile stretch.
