According to information, it is a collision between two vehicles that is the origin of the dispute. None of the participants in the dispute are however still at the scene when the police arrive. At another location nearby, a different dispute arises at the same time. The area is chaotic and a person is apprehended due to intoxication and is taken to the police station for sobering up.

We cannot confirm that any crime has been committed and the police patrols remain at the scene for a while for security measures in the area.
