03:09, vandalism – Vänersborg 
Police are called to Södergatan in Vänersborg where people have been seen smashing windows to one or more apartments and then disappeared from the scene. Patrol searches the surrounding area without finding anyone who can be linked to the incident. However, a similar act of vandalism is discovered on Residensgatan. In total, at least a dozen windows are suspected to have been smashed. Patrol conducts initial investigative measures and files a report on gross vandalism.

04:34, burglary – Göteborg
A security company calls the police about a suspected ongoing burglary at a ice cream company in Utby. On camera footage, two unauthorized individuals are seen stopping boxes of ice cream in sport bags and leaving the area. Police arrive at the scene and can secure two suspects in the surrounding area. Both are arrested, initially suspected of theft through burglary. 

Last night, assault in a close relationship – Göteborg
Police are called to a hotel in Göteborg, where eyewitnesses have seen a woman being assaulted on a balcony. According to reports, a man had pulled the woman out onto the balcony and kicked her. Patrol arrives at the scene and finds a woman and a man who are in a relationship with each other. After initial investigative measures, the man, aged 45, is arrested, initially suspected of gross assault. There are no reports that the woman needed to seek medical attention after the incident.
