Police and rescue services were called to a smaller road outside Gällivare. On the scene, a man in his 20s was found with severe injuries. The man was flown to Gällivare hospital by ambulance helicopter and was later pronounced dead. The man's relatives have been informed. 

The four-wheeler has been seized and the police will carry out significant investigative measures.
