The dog owner reports a tense situation after his dog allegedly bit an unknown man they met on a walking path. The bitten man is said to have become aggressive and attacked both the dog and the dog owner with kicks. He is also said to have pulled out a knife.

When patrols arrive at the scene, the situation has calmed down. After gathering information, several reports are filed: Breach of the law on supervision of dogs and causing bodily harm against the dog owner, as well as unlawful threats, assault, vandalism, and knife law violations against the other man. 

A knife is seized. There was no need for an ambulance in connection with the incident.
