11:16 SOS alarm about fire on a balcony to an apartment on Ljuragatan in Norrköping. According to the alarm, open flames are visible. 

11:27 Police patrol on site.

11:45 The fire has been extinguished quickly and has not spread further. A bang is said to have been heard in connection with the fire and it is glass that has cracked due to the heat. 

13:04 There are no personal injuries to report and a report of gross negligence will be written. A technical investigation will be conducted at the beginning of next week.
