Police headquarters has handled a number of cases related to Östergötland County between 22.00 and 07.00.

Theft from a car, Linköping: At 05.00, police were alerted to Ramshäll in Linköping. Witnesses reported seeing a person on an electric bicycle breaking into a car. The police searched the area and inventoried camera footage without finding the perpetrator. According to the car owner, several tools are missing from the car. A report of theft through break-in has been filed. 

Explosions, Norrköping: At 01.30, police were alerted to loud explosions heard in Haga in Norrköping. The police searched the area and inventoried camera footage but were unable to determine the cause of the explosions. No signs of a crime were noted. 

Several wildlife accidents in the county: 
At 22.45, a wildlife accident occurred with a car and an elk on regional road 593, Västra Harg, in Mjölby municipality. The elk was injured but escaped from the scene. No person was injured.
Between 22.20 and 23.10, several wildlife accidents occurred with cars and deer in the county, on the following roads: 
National road 23/34, Brokind, Linköping.
Bokavägen, Hällestad, Finspång. 
National road 50, Västra Stenby, Motala.
Regional road 891, Östra Husby, Norrköping. 
Regional road 210, Drothem, Söderköping.
