Police are alerted to a ongoing apartment brawl with thuds and screams. In the current apartment, there is a man, a woman and two children. The two children have become witnesses to how the man has assaulted the woman. The man, who is in his 35-year-old age, is arrested for grievous assault and child welfare offense. A patrol then drives the woman to the hospital for care and examination.
