A police patrol observes a 25-year-old man urinating in public.

They speak with the man and inform him that he will receive a fine for public urination.

The man, however, does not want to acknowledge the fine, whereupon the police officers draw up a complaint about disorderly conduct through public urination.

The matter will instead be decided in court.
