Contacts were received about a man being outdoors in central Uppsala with his trousers unbuttoned. The police were dispatched to the location and found the relevant man, who is in his mid-twenties.

The man was taken into custody in accordance with the law on the detention of intoxicated persons. He was also suspected of sexual harassment, alternatively harassment.
