A person is seen pouring out some kind of liquid outside a local in central Sölvesborg and the police are alerted to the scene.

Patrols are dispatched and secure the man, several windows are smashed and a gasoline drum is found. A 35-year-old man is detained. No person has been injured.

The crime scene was cordoned off but was lifted during early morning.

The current crime classification is attempted arson, vandalism and theft of fuel.
