Reports came in that a man who appeared to be intoxicated had smashed a window to a door at a multi-family house in Hallstahammar. The man had also overturned bicycles.

The police were dispatched to the scene and the man, who is in his 30s, was apprehended according to the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons. He was also suspected of vandalism.
