July 28, 17.37, Rescue Operation, Motala

17:37 Police, rescue services and ambulance were ordered to Varamobaden in Motala due to a drowning alarm. According to the SOS alarm, a child is said to have gone missing on the beach and a relative is said to have become worried that the child may have fallen into the water. 

17:45 SOS has informed the police that a woman is said to have found the child on the beach.

18:05 The child is reunited with the family. 

18:07 Police patrol is on the scene and will speak with those involved. There is no suspicion of a crime and it was never a drowning.
