The emergency service alerted the police about a man who had been injured, which suggested he had been subjected to assault. The police were dispatched and spoke with the man, who is in his 45s. The man stated that he had been assaulted with a blunt object in Bäckby and then sought medical care.

The case is being investigated as aggravated assault, there is no one detained in the case.
