A police patrol stopped a car in Surahammar. The driver, a man in his 50s, was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and was taken for a blood test. His driver's license was confiscated.

The car was also being driven by a passenger, a man in his 40s, who was suspected of minor narcotics offenses.
