A driver refuses to move out of the way for fire trucks during an emergency and swerves back and forth over the road so that the fire trucks cannot pass him. 
On Mälarvägen, the fire trucks eventually manage to get past and then block the driver's further progress. They remove his car keys and call the police. 
The driver is a man in his 30s who is now suspected of speeding in a way that endangers others, unauthorized driving, driving under the influence of drugs, and possession of narcotics.
