At 10.00, an SOS alarm sounds for a traffic accident in Söderköping. Four cars are involved in a collision. No person has been injured in the incident. One of the cars, which drove into the rear end of the preceding car, has damage that makes it necessary to tow the car. The other cars could be driven from the scene. 

One of the drivers, a woman in her 70s, receives a fine for not having adjusted the distance to the preceding vehicle, and thus caused the accident.
