Police alarm sounded on Stationsgatan in Ljungby due to a robbery. 

The complainant has been robbed of his car by an unknown perpetrator.

The perpetrator, a man, is said to have acted threateningly verbally and in this way forced himself to take the car and then drove from the scene. In the car were several people. There is no information about personal injuries. 

A number of police patrols join the operation and one of the patrols sees the relevant car. The driver does not stop at the police officer's sign, a pursuit begins. The journey goes among other things on national road 25. 

At one point, the relevant driver drives straight into a police patrol, which has to swerve to avoid a collision. 

The pursuit continues. The police patrols later lose visual contact with the relevant car, which is then found abandoned. 

The police patrols, including a police dog, search the area. The perpetrator is not found. 

The car is seized for further examination.

A report is filed on, among other things, aggravated robbery, gross negligence in traffic and attempted gross violence against a public official.
