The public calls in when one has observed a driver who is driving erratically. The driver is also driving on a sidewalk while the police are on their way to the scene. At the control, suspicion arises that the driver, a man in his 50s, is under the influence of narcotics. 

The man is taken in for a blood test, suspected of driving under the influence.
