During the night, the police were alerted to a disturbance between a man and a woman in an apartment in a multi-family house. On the scene, the complainant stated that she had been beaten by the man who had left the residence. 

Patrols were dispatched to locate the man and they found him. The 45-year-old man was apprehended and the current legal status is assault and unlawful threats.
