Cooking staff evacuate the kitchen after it was broken into by a knife-wielding foreign man in the kitchen. The man utters no threats against the staff but behaves irrationally. 
The police arrive at the scene and the man is apprehended outside. Neither the man nor any other persons have been injured in the incident. He is taken into custody with the support of the law on involuntary psychiatric care.
