Police patrols were ordered out to the central parts of Karlstad due to a drunk man screaming and causing chaos among passersby. The man, who is in his mid-30s, is said to have screamed among other things what he intends to do to people on the scene.

He is now taken into custody in accordance with the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons, but also suspected of unlawful threats.
