10.25 alarms the police of several drivers who have seen a man cycling on E4 near Mantorp in Mjölby. Several drivers are afraid that the man will be injured in traffic.

The police go there and meet the cyclist, and help him to get off the road in a safe way.

The man, who is in his 60s, gets a fine for having been on the road as an unprotected road user.
