A caller rings 112 to report that a man appears to be masturbating openly in the morning rush in central Uppsala.

After a short search, a police patrol finds a suspected man in his mid-20s hiding inside a toilet in a nearby building.

The patrol files a report on suspected sexual harassment and minor narcotics offenses.

The man is then turned away from the scene.
