Alarm is received via SOS alarm regarding a fire in a car standing in the Marieholmstunneln. This is reportedly heading in the direction of central Gothenburg. According to initial reports, the driver of the vehicle is out of the car and awake and able to speak. The police and Rescue Service are on their way to the scene.

The car is reportedly extinguished and traffic will soon be allowed through the tunnel in both directions. The driver is not reportedly injured.
