The police check a man in Skönvik, Sundsvall. The man is sitting in a car with false registration plates. The man, in his 30s, is suspected of counterfeiting a car's registration and gross unauthorized driving. He is apprehended with the support of the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB). The car is seized to prevent future traffic offenses.
