The fire should be burning in an apartment in Skiftinge in the northern parts of Eskilstuna. According to the early reports that reach the police, there should be intense smoke development in the building. The police are on site with several units to assist the rescue service in their assignment. It is currently too early to say if anyone can have been injured in connection with the fire.
