A free police officer noticed how a person's car was being driven on the E4 in a way that drew attention. The driver of the vehicle fluctuated strongly in speed, wobbled back and forth over the road, missed exits and was very close to the center line. The driver, a 30-year-old man, made it into Västerbotten before being checked by a patrol. It turned out that the entire side of the car was scraped and one side mirror was missing. 

The driver is now suspected of reckless driving and the driver's license has been taken into custody pending further investigation.
