A man in his 30s is injured when he is struck by a driver of a tractor at a pedestrian crossing, who then continues driving after the accident without stopping. 
Witness statements and surveillance cameras facilitate the police's search for the tractor involved in the accident, and approximately a quarter of an hour after the accident, the police have managed to apprehend the tractor's driver, who is being checked. 
He is a 15-year-old boy and is suspected of fleeing the scene, causing bodily harm, and failing to observe a right of way. 
The man in his 30s is taken to hospital by ambulance. At the time of departure, he is both awake and able to speak.
