Plaintiffs, who are a man and a woman in their 70s and live in a villa, see two men get out of the car and leave. The police go to the scene and determine that the car is registered abroad. The owner of the car is a Polish woman. A report on fleeing the traffic accident is drawn up and a 40-year-old man is suspected of the crime. 
Bailiffs are ordered to the scene.
