A 45-year-old woman calls the police because a 50-year-old man is staying at her boat at Stora Essingen without permission.

When the patrol arrives at the scene, the woman, together with other people, has removed the man and his belongings from the boat. He is checked by the police and is informed that he is suspected of unauthorized entry.

The man, on the other hand, claims that he has the right to be on the boat and that it is his home. He therefore reports the woman for breach of peace.

Additional reports of harassment or telephone assault are also made.

The background to the incident, i.e. who has the right to the boat, is a civil law matter that is not investigated by the police.
