Several villainous crimes in Värnamo – inform the police if you have seen anything suspicious.

Under the afternoon, the police have been alerted about two suspected break-ins in the Värnamo area. The one break-in is reported from Lanna in Värnamo. The other break-in is from Törestorp in Gnosjö.

In both cases, unknown perpetrators have entered through attic doors to villas. The break-ins have been discovered when the residents returned home after being away.

Both affected parties acted commendably and called the police quickly, and listened to the police's instructions not to enter the crime scene more than necessary.

The police will now conduct crime scene investigations to search for/secure traces.

It is currently unclear what has been taken.

Have you who live in southern Jönköpings län seen something that seems suspicious? It can, for example, be about unknown people or cars that seem to “reka” in the area.
