A police patrol that was patrolling in the Sofielund district was made aware that there had been some form of altercation between several people at a parking lot on Björkgatan. Several police patrols joined the location. A man in his 50s has been assaulted with a bludgeon and three men in the age range of 20-40 have been apprehended. The injured man has been taken to hospital by ambulance. The police have cordoned off an area in order to be able to carry out a forensic investigation. A report regarding grievous assault has been filed. The police are conducting interrogations and investigating which possible surveillance cameras are in the area.
