Here follow a selection of events from last night:

23.21 Attempted break-in, Sundsvall:
Police patrol is ordered to Västermalm due to a suspected break-in in a cellar. No suspected perpetrator remains on the scene. The patrol is conducting witness interviews and documenting the scene. A report regarding an attempt to steal by breaking and entering will be prepared.

00.05 Traffic accident, Sundsvall:
A report is received that a moped has collided with an A-tractor in Stöde. Police patrol is ordered to the scene. One person is taken to hospital by ambulance. The incident is being investigated as reckless driving, causing property damage, and not maintaining a safe distance from preceding vehicles.

00.06 Traffic offense, Örnsköldsvik:
Police patrol on E4 near Åte notices that three people are riding on the trailer of a small truck. The vehicle is stopped. A report regarding reckless driving is prepared.

01.27 Traffic accident, Sundsvall:
A report is received about a traffic accident on county road 305 in Stöde. An A-tractor is said to have driven into a ditch. Police patrol is ordered to the scene. One person is taken to hospital by ambulance for examination. The police are investigating what happened.

05.59 Traffic control, Härnösand:
33 drivers on Brunnshusgatan, Hovsjorden, are checked. All are sober.

Other:
One person has been taken into custody for intoxication and one person has been taken for a blood test due to suspicion of a narcotics offense.

The police have also conducted several checks of people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
