Here follow a selection of the night's events:

23.17 Mountain Rescue, Mountain:
The on-duty commander makes a decision to initiate a mountain rescue according to the LSO, the Act on Protection Against Accidents, to assist a man who has injured his foot while visiting the mountains in the Storsjö area. Mountain rescuers are called out. They bring the man down from the mountain and hand him over to an ambulance.

00.57 Wildlife Accident, Härjedalen:
The police receive a report of an accident involving a car and an elk in Funäsdalen. No personal injuries are reported.

01.59 Wildlife Accident, Strömsund:
The police receive a report of an accident involving a car and an elk on county road 821, Frostviken. No personal injuries are reported.

Other:
The police have also carried out several checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
