Police receive alarm at Öresundsparken due to the public hearing some form of tumult in the area. 

Police patrols go to the location and search the area. In connection with this, a woman and a man are found at Ribersborgsstigen. The circumstances at the scene make it suspected that a crime has been committed.

The man is arrested, suspected of rape, and the affected woman is taken to hospital for examination. 

Police patrol has held an initial interrogation with the woman. 

The location is cordoned off and a technical investigation is carried out. 

The cordon is lifted shortly before 03.00. The police are done at the scene. The incident is classified as aggravated rape.

The man, who is in his 35s, is now arrested. He is also suspected of minor narcotics offenses and violent resistance, as he is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and resisting the intervention. The man is now arrested.
