23.35 Wildlife accident, Östersund:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a passenger car and a deer on E45 south of Lockne. No personal injuries are reported. The deer died in connection with the accident and a hunter is called out to take care of it.

00.48 Wildlife accident, Härjedalen:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a passenger car and an elk on E45, Kvarnarna. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear how the elk fared and a hunter is called out.

Other:

A person has been taken into custody for drunkenness.

Police have also conducted a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
