23.57 Wildlife accident, Kalix:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a smaller truck and an elk on E10, north of Västannäs. No personal injuries are reported. The elk died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to take care of it.

00.07 Wildlife accident, Arjeplog:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a passenger car and an elk on Highway 95 between Arvidsjaur and Arjeplog. No personal injuries are reported. The elk died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to take care of it.

Other:
Police have also performed a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
