A patrol stops and checks a driver and upon checking the driver, a man in his mid-twenties, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
