The origin of the whole thing seems to be a traffic incident. The perpetrator is supposed to have stepped out of his car, kicked the in-ringer's car door and then delivered a fist blow. Thereafter, the perpetrator has left the scene. The police have heard the injured party and drawn up a report concerning assault, unlawful threats, and vandalism. At present, there is no suspect in the matter.
