The man, a client at the residence, is alleged to have threatened staff with a weapon and smashed windows. He then left the premises. No person is reported to have come to physical harm. A police patrol makes contact with the man, who has now calmed down. The staff at the residence are heard and a report is drawn up regarding vandalism and gross threats against a public official.
