12:49 A caller reports that they have noticed a car with a warning sign south of Tenhult, as well as a man walking not far from the scene. They checked how the man was doing and were told that he had made a bad decision.
The man was right. He was arrested suspected of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of narcotics, theft of a vehicle, and theft after the vehicle was searched. The car is being seized. 

Traffic Administration reports that around 15,000 transports are made every day in Sweden by someone who is affected by alcohol or other drugs. Every 500th car you meet is estimated to be driven by someone who is intoxicated.
