The police are conducting a comprehensive operation in southern Stockholm.

A suspected crime scene has been cordoned off outdoors and a search for perpetrators is underway.

The police have initiated a crime investigation with the classification of attempted murder and serious firearms offence. The police's CCTV monitoring centre is reviewing what has been documented on film. Several witness interrogations are ongoing.

The injured man has been taken to hospital in an ambulance.
