Here follow a selection of the night's events:

00.14 Traffic offense, Lycksele:
A-tractor driver in Hällan receives a fine for prohibited lighting (so-called glimmers).

00.30 Assault, Umeå:
Police patrol is ordered to a outdoor establishment in central Umeå due to a drunk person. In connection with the handling of this, it is discovered that a man previously assaulted another man at the location. The suspected man is apprehended and a report is filed regarding assault.

00.56 Assault, Skellefteå:
Police are ordered to central Skellefteå where there has been some kind of disturbance. The patrol establishes a report regarding assault and unlawful threats. One of the involved individuals is turned away from the scene.

02.36 Assault, Vännäs:
Police patrol is ordered to a campsite in Vännäs where a man is alleged to have been violent towards another man. A report will be filed regarding minor assault.

04.19 Vännäs:
Police are ordered to central Vännäs due to a disturbance involving several individuals. Some kind of violence is alleged to have been committed against a car. The police speak with the involved individuals. The incident is being investigated as minor assault, harassment, and vandalism. No one is detained in the matter.

Other:

Five people have been taken into custody for intoxication and one person has been taken in for a blood test due to suspicion of narcotics offense.

The police have also conducted a number of checks on individuals and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
