Under the night, the police have detained a man in Timrå municipality who is suspected of assaulting a woman he has a relationship with. The man, who is 55 years old, is now being held in custody. The woman has sought medical care.

Police have checked traffic on Rådhusgatan in Stenstan. A fine for disorderly conduct was issued to a driver who did not observe the stop requirement. 

02:01 Attempted assault, Örnsköldsvik
Police were contacted regarding loud bangs outside Örnsköldsvik. Police went there and found two people who claimed that firecrackers were thrown at them. A report was made regarding attempted assault or harassment. There is no suspect in the case at present. 

02:26 Assault, Sundsvall
Police were called to a fast-food restaurant in Sundsvall as it was chaotic on the premises. On the scene, police were informed that there had been a fight outside a bar earlier in the night. Two men were involved. A report and counter-report of assault were made.

Police had a traffic control on E4 Granudden, Härnösand. All vehicles were without fault.

Other: A wildlife accident without personal injury has been reported to the police. It occurred on national road 87 Långsele, Sollefteå.
