A patrol stops and checks a car and upon checking the driver, a man in his 30s, it turns out that he lacks the right to drive the car. He becomes suspected of gross unauthorized driving.

The passenger, also a man in his 30s, becomes suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use and is allowed to ride with the patrol for sampling.
