During a vehicle check on E20 in Härad outside Strängnäs, the driver, a man in his 30s, shows clear signs of being under the influence. He also lacks the right to drive the vehicle and is taken in for a blood test. He is now suspected of driving under the influence, narcotics crime for personal use, narcotics possession, and serious unauthorized driving.
