The man is apprehended and later that night is detained.

01.56: There are calls from Ormesta due to a person seeing how some people are trying to steal a bicycle. The people leave when they are confronted by the informant. A report is written about vandalism as a bicycle has been damaged and attempted theft of a vehicle.
