A police patrol spots a smaller truck on E4 just south of Uppsala that appears to have unpaid taxes.

When the vehicle is stopped, it also becomes clear that the driver, a man in his 30s, lacks a driver's license.

The police establish a report on illegal driving. In connection with the unpaid tax, the registration plates are also seized.
